Replacement of three new Chillers on level 54 and a Full Chemical Clean and Re-commissioning of the new and existing water systems. All systems were to remain in service throughout the refurbishment works.
Four separate Data Halls and separate Office Block. Completed August 2014.
Eight storey open plan office block within two linked buildings. Completed May 2013.
Four storey open plan office and teaching block. Building integrated into an existing building. New Grafton Campus Chilled Beams and VAV Boxes. Completed September 2011.
Two storey, double height Clean Room production warehouse and integrated office block. Completed November 2012.
Two separate state of the art schools - Primary School complete in January 2013, and Secondary School completed in January 2014.
Eight storey, 63 apartment Retirement Village with two level car park and Swimming pool. Completed July 2013.
