This project involved the construction of the new International Convention Centre and all of the supporting services.
This project had an extra layer of complexity due to the complications stemming from the large fire mid construction, resulting in a full re-build.
The services we provided to this project included:
Post fire temporary ventilation system commissioning
Airside commissioning of pressurised temporary ‘safe’ areas for post fire de-construction
Staged airside commissioning of basement carpark systems
Staged flushing of mechanical pipework systems
Enabling works for Horizon Hotel opening
Waterside commissioning
Integration of NZICC and Horizon Hotel
