This project involved commissioning works for the construction of a new five-star hotel for the SkyCity Entertainment Group.

Connected to the New Zealand International Convention Centre development, the project formed part of the broader expansion of SkyCity’s premium accommodation and convention facilities.

The services we provided to this project included:

• Post fire temporary services commissioning

• Post fire system auditing

• Flushing of mechanical pipework systems

• Air and water balancing

• Mechanical ventilation life-Safety systems

• Integration to NZICC central plant
